  • Gosling’s Rum – 1.5 oz.
  • Fresh Lime – .5 oz.
  • Pineapple Juice – 1 oz.
  • Ginger Beer – To Fill

Directions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice
  2. Add the first three ingredients
  3. Shake gently
  4. Pour into serving glass
  5. Top with ginger beer

Description

A tropical mix of Goslings Rum and fresh lime, topped with pineapple juice and ginger beer for a lightly fizzy finish.
