List of Ingredients

  • Equal amounts of Fresh Strawberries & Fresh Blueberries [total 2 lbs.]
  • Sugar [3/4 cup]

Directions

  1. Place Berries in the Robot Coupe mixer [located in the prep area of the kitchen]
  2. Add sugar
  3. Mix thoroughly until liquified
  4. Test, if needed, add sugar to taste and remix
  5. Add to squeeze bottle [keep one in beer cooler and the back ups on top of beer cooler in the walk-in]
