What an incredible eight months it has been at Diz’s! From January through August, we celebrated our 5-year anniversary in the best way we know how: by bringing people together for good food, good friends, and unforgettable memories. And now, after months of fun, themed nights, and thousands of entries, we’re thrilled to announce the winner of our $3,000 Dream Vacation Giveaway…

Rick and his wife Tracy have been loyal Diz’s customers for years—and their connection to us goes way beyond dining. In fact, owner Judi Window not only introduced Rick and Tracy, she married them! Talk about a Diz’s love story.
When we told Rick he was the grand prize winner, his reaction was priceless:

Rick and Tracy bought their winning ticket on February 22nd while celebrating a birthday here at Diz’s. And if you’ve ever admired our custom host stands when you walk in, you can thank Rick for those, too! He worked side by side with Judi and our team to design and build the three beautiful stands that welcome every guest to our restaurant.
Why We Celebrated BIG for Year Five
Hitting the five-year mark means the world to us. When we opened Diz’s in 2020, no one could have predicted what was ahead. But thanks to you, our amazing customers, friends, and community – we made it! And we didn’t just want to say “thank you”… we wanted to show it.
That’s why we created “Around the World at Diz’s”, a monthly celebration of global flavors and community connections. From a Caribbean night to a Mediterranean feast, these events became something special. People weren’t just coming for the food, they were putting it on their calendars, making it a tradition, and meeting friends here every month.
That’s what Diz’s is all about: comfort food, friendly faces, and a place where everyone feels at home. Cheers to Five Years ~ And to YOU! We’ve loved every moment of this journey. This dream vacation giveaway was our way of giving back, and seeing the smiles, laughs, and new friendships formed this year has been the real reward.
