The Small Print

Gratuities are automatically added to the final bill. Gratuities, unlike service charges, go directly to staff who work on prepping, cooking, packaging and delivering catering orders.

  • Diz’s includes an 18% gratuity to all catering and large/bulk orders that are picked up by the customer. 
  • For deliveries within 5 miles, Diz’s charges 20% gratuity (an extra 2%) given to the staff making the delivery.
  • When the delivery is over 5 miles from 860 Elm Street Manchester NH, Diz’s will add a $0.54/mile per mile reimbursement fee to cover additional gas expenses.

Payment & Cancelation Policy

PAYMENT:
A Deposit of 50% is due at the time of confirmation and final payment is due one week prior to event. Orders placed within the week will need to make a full payment at time of confirmation, unless otherwise stated in your contract. 

EVENT FINAL COUNT:
Guaranteed Guest Count is due 7 days prior to your event and cannot be reduced thereafter.  If no guarantee is received, we will prepare for the number indicated on your original event order and charge accordingly. Balance of event payment is due 7 days prior to the event, following the final count being given. 

CANCELATION  POLICY
At Diz’s Cafe, we understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled catering order. Cancellations made within 3-6 days of the catering order due date will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.Thank you for your understanding!
