Diz’s is a place where you will feel at home. Tucked into a downtown location on Elm Street in Manchester and in an atmosphere that conjures up history and nostalgia, combined with excellent food produced in a scratch kitchen, it’s a place that you’ll want to return to.
Diz’s is the culmination of a vision that goes back to when head chef, Gary (Diz) Window was a teenager with a dream of one day owning and running a restaurant. After years of working in restaurants throughout New England, he felt the time was right for an establishment that catered to the community. A quick meal, a leisurely time with friends and family, a fully packaged meal to bring home or one that meets specific dietary needs, Diz’s caters to options.
