Greater Manchester Restaurant Week Returns with a Little Cabaret Flair

There’s something special about winter in Downtown Manchester. The lights glow a little warmer, the tables feel a little cozier, and our local restaurants roll out some of their most creative menus of the year.

From February 28th through March 8th, Greater Manchester Restaurant Week is back — and this year, it comes with a dramatic twist inspired by The Palace Theatre’s production of Cabaret.

In collaboration with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, The Palace Theatre, Diz’s, and many other local restaurants, Restaurant Week 2026 celebrates the flavor, flair, and creativity that make Manchester such a vibrant dining destination.

And at Diz’s? We’re tipping our hat — and maybe adding a little red lipstick — to Cabaret.

Cabaret & Cuisine at Diz’s: $38 Prix Fixe

For Restaurant Week, Diz’s is offering a $38 Prix Fixe Menu with a German-inspired focus (a wink and a nod to Cabaret’s Berlin roots).

Available Monday through Saturday, 4:00 PM to Close, this limited-time supper experience is all about comfort food with a little stage presence.

Starter

  • Warm Pretzel & Beer Cheese
Two soft-baked pretzels served with our house-made beer cheese. Cozy. Shareable. Perfect for raising a glass.

Main Meal Choices

  • Classic German Sauerbraten
Marinated German roast, slow-cooked and served with mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. Rich, tender, and deeply comforting.
  • Jägerschnitzel
Golden fried pork cutlet topped with hearty mushroom gravy, served with Kartoffelpuffers (German potato pancakes) and Brussels sprouts. Crisp, savory, and full of old-world flavor.

Dessert

  • Red Velvet Cake
Layered red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting — because every great night deserves a sweet finale.

Optional Cabaret Cocktails – $13

What’s a night inspired by Cabaret without a cocktail in hand?
Our optional Cabaret-themed cocktails include:

  • “Life Is a Cabaret” French 75 – Gin, bubbles, lemon, and sparkle
  • Sally’s Red Lipstick Martini – Vodka, cranberry, citrus
  • Wilkommen Rosé Spritz – Rosé, bubbles, elderflower, strawberry purée, lemon juice

Dinner & A Show in Downtown Manchester

Restaurant Week is the perfect excuse to plan a full night out in Downtown Manchester. Catch Cabaret at The Palace Theatre, then stroll over to Diz’s for a German-inspired prix fixe supper — or dine first and head to the show feeling happily satisfied.

Supporting local restaurants during Restaurant Week means supporting local jobs, local partnerships, and the heartbeat of our city. Events like this, powered by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and our downtown arts community, help keep Manchester thriving all year long.

Why Manchester Restaurant Week Matters
