For years Diz and I have enjoyed exploring cities around the country and world. Each time we also enjoyed coming home to Manchester NH. Some people enjoy hiking the mountains, swimming at the lake or ocean. Diz and I like those things, but exploring cities is our favorite. We have been lucky to live and work in the city we both grew up in. Patio time with our family, exploring Lake Massabesic trails, and seeking out great places to eat in Downtown Manchester has always entertained us. Now we own Diz’s Cafe in Downtown Manchester. What an honor!

Your voting has helped us decide to have “breakfast only” weekends in July and August (7AM-Noon.) Your voting helped us decide how to fold our napkins (2 or 3 folds.) Now you can help plan us plan some summer fun at Diz’s. We all know this summer is not like any other summers we have enjoyed. With your help, we will be planning some Friday night theme parties with prizes and fun. We have been talking with local Instagram photographers about an Instameet and Downtown photo contest. As we approach our first Fourth of July as restaurant owners, we have decided to take this summery-holiday-weekend to celebrate with our family, while resting up for a fun-filled summer at Diz’s with you all.
