Diz’s Cafe welcomed guests to our own version of “Cheeseburger in Paradise”

Truer words have never been spoken! Some 40 years after Jimmy Buffett was inspired to write this classic summer song about a man who “is trying to amend his carnivorous habits” with healthy food, Diz’s Cafe welcomed guests to our own version of “Cheeseburger in Paradise” for our first theme night of 2021!
With parrots, grass skirts, flip flops, paper lanterns, beach balls, a great playlist and a fun video, we welcomed old and new friends alike, including guests from as far away as Chicago and London Friday, June 18th. Guests came dressed for the occasion and added festive leis and shades to complement the fun and laid-back atmosphere.
In addition to our regular food and drink menu, Diz created three specialty burgers while Billy 
whipped up three tropical drinks to tempt guests.
While we are always happy to welcome you to 860 Elm Street, we hope you will join us for a Diz’s Theme Night! Theme Nights are generally the third Friday of every month from 5 to 9 p.m. and here’s the schedule for the rest of 2021:
