Diz’s Café and Manchester’s downtown theatre venues make for a great night out! There are great shows on the stages of the Palace Theatre and the Rex Theatre in the next few weeks, giving you the opportunity to get your arts on in a safe way. And before (or after) attending a show, our friendly staff at Diz’s Café look forward to serving you a delicious meal produced in our scratch kitchen or pouring you a tasty beverage from our well-stocked counter!

A long-standing tradition of the holiday season in Manchester is seeing the “The Nutcracker” at the historic Palace Theatre on Hanover Street (just a short, three minute walk from us!). The incredibly talented dancers from the Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater bring this beloved and classic ballet to life this week (Thursday, November 19th through Sunday, November 22nd.) Purchase your tickets here.

Also found just around the corner from us is Manchester’s newest performance venue, the Rex Theatre. Located at 23 Amherst Street, the Rex hosts “Friday Night Comedy at the Rex” and is gearing up for a busy holiday season, hosting American Idol (and New Hampshire native!) Alex Preston. See their schedule here.

No matter what type of excursion brings you to downtown Manchester, we look forward to seeing you soon!
