In the six months since we opened our doors at 860 Elm Street, Diz’s Cafe has served thousands of meals from our extensive menu. Just like favorite go-to meals in your own home, there are a few Diz’s Cafe meals or appetizers our guests just can’t seem to get enough of.

So, in no particular order, here are Diz’s four most popular dishes – with a helpful diz-cription!

• Southwest Chicken sandwich – buttermilk fried or seasoned grilled chicken, bacon, guacamole, jack and cheddar cheese, sriracha lime crema, lettuce and tomato 
• Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo – chicken breast, broccoli and bacon, sauteed and finished with a creamy alfredo sauce over pasta or zucchini noodles
• Buttermilk chicken mac and cheese – buttermilk fried chicken over Dizspinaca-covered cavatappi pasta with bacon and green onion
• Boring Billy Bacon burger – twin patties topped with bacon, your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle

(And both the Southwest chicken sandwich and Boring Billy Bacon burger are served with one of our nine delicious side dishes!)
