Have you enjoyed one of the many beautiful and tasty salads or sandwiches found on our menu? If so, there is a good chance your meal was assembled with care (and great pride!) by Ana!

A native of El Salvador, Ana has been with Diz’s Café since we opened nearly a year ago. You will find her preparing many items in our kitchen, and it is clear she takes a great deal of pride in making sure everything she prepares is beautifully presented to our guests.

Now a resident of Manchester, Ana, the proud mom of a 22 year-old son and an 18 year-old daughter, is happy to see the opportunities her children have embraced – from her son’s artistic ability and her daughter’s pursuit of a business degree at Southern New Hampshire University. When not at work, this former basketball player enjoys being home with her family (including new puppy Kylo!) and spending time outside, especially walking the Piscataquog Trail.

What’s Ana’s favorite dish at Diz’s? Like many of her colleagues, it’s the Buttermilk Chicken Mac and Cheese! A true comfort food, this dish comes with our world-famous Dizspinaca! Come pick up an order today and say hello to Ana!
