Yojana, Line Cook

A native of Guatemala, Yojana moved to the United States seven years ago to live near her six (!) older brothers, and today, all of her siblings live in Manchester. Married, she is the proud mom of three-year old twins Anderson and Diego (who speak both English and Spanish) and in her spare time, she enjoys taking the boys to Livingston Park and walking around Dorrs Pond.

Yojana has been with Diz’s since our doors opened in May 2020 and enjoys preparing our beautiful and tasty salads, sandwiches and flatbread pizzas for our guests. What does she love the most about working at Diz’s? Cooking with Diz, of course!
