Kiernan, Customer Liaison

What have you discovered about yourself during the COVID-19 quarantine? Some of us have discovered we are teachers, tech experts or culinary wizards. If you are like our customer liaison Kiernan, you may have discovered you are an artist! During the last 10 months, he has discovered he’s got a talent painting abstracts with acrylics!  

Kiernan has been a part of the Diz’s Café team before our doors actually opened, helping Diz and Billy get the restaurant staged and ready to open.  “Questions” (Billy’s nickname for Kiernan) loves working with us as he says at Diz’s, there is always something happening to make him laugh and he enjoys working with his friends.

When not studying towards earning his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in history at Keene State College, this long-time Manchester resident lives in our neighborhood – he actually has just a three-minute walk to our front door! One of his favorite downtown shops is Missy’s Closet, a thrift store with lots of “vintage” clothing from the 1980’s and 90’s, found around the corner from us on Concord Street.

Aa a college student, Kiernan knows and appreciates a good meal and loves our Diz’Sign A Dish with chicken, bacon, Dizspinaca and guacamole as well as our Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, served with zucchini noodles (his colleague Mel likes her Chicken Broccoli Alfredo served with riced cauliflower!).

While Kiernan may be heading back to campus soon, we hope you will come see us and say hello to the customer liaison team!
